Shipping Policy

SHIPPING DAYS - WE SHIP 3 TIMES A WEEK: We Ship On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Once we receive your confirmed payment, your order will be shipped that same day if it is a shipping day or the following day, as long as it is received before 4:00 PM Eastern TimeMonday Thru Friday, our packages are picked up by the postal office at 4PM EST on our shipping days. If you have provided an email address, you will receive an email with shipping/tracking information once the shipping label has been generated online. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: International packages are shipped by DHL eCommerce and can be tracked once they leave the United States. International customers can track their package on DHL eCommerce website. How does DHL eCommerce work? They will take our international packages and deliver them to each of our customers countries local postal office, from there the customers local postal office with deliver it to our customers. DHL eCommerce picks up our international packages every Friday at 4PM EST. If you order Friday (After 4PM EST),  your package will be shipped out the following Friday. Although DHL eCommerce is better at getting our international packages to our customers in a timely manner (usually between 14-28 day), sometimes the customers local postal service delays the package, so it may take as long as 4-6 weeks. We ask that if your tracking is receiving updates and it does not appear to be lost, or if it has made it into your destination country please wait at least 5 weeks from the time you ordered to request a refund and/or a replacement. We have no problem working with our customers, and would be more than happy to work with you.
